Indoor group cycling on Lemond Rev Master stationary bikes. This class offers a great music based cardio workout burning up to 1250 calories! All levels welcome as intensity on bikes is adjustable. (Non-weight bearing workout-safe for knee, hip & back sensitive participants.)
