G.E.T. 5 workouts will utilize our cardio & circuit room equipment & Group X Room for a fat burning and muscle building routine, posted and set up from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday thru Friday.
Nick Hauser (FitnessTech) will designed new G.E.T. 5 workouts weekly with cardio and circuit routines from our very own Personal Training Staff and Instructors!
