G.E.T. 5 = Gateway Evening Training.         

              Monday thru Friday

 

G.E.T. 5 workouts will utilize our cardio & circuit room equipment & Group X Room for a fat burning and muscle building routine, posted and set up from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

 Nick Hauser (FitnessTech) will designed new G.E.T. 5  workouts weekly with cardio and circuit routines from our very own Personal Training Staff and Instructors

Open Gym set up from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday thru Friday

This class meets:

  • Monday, 5:00 pm with Fall Training 5pm to 8pm
  • Tuesday, 5:00 pm with Fall Training 5pm to 8pm
  • Wednesday, 5:00 pm with Fall Training 5pm to 8pm
  • Thursday, 5:00 pm with Fall Training 5pm to 8pm
  • Friday, 5:00 pm with Fall Training 5pm to 8pm
