G.E.T. 5 = Gateway Evening Training.         

              Monday thru Friday

G.E.T. 5 workouts will utilize our cardio & circuit room equipment for a fat burning and muscle building routine, posted and set up from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday thru Friday.

G.E.T. 5 workouts will be designed by our very own Personal Training Staff and Instructors! Get Ready to ramp up your daily cardio and circuit  routine!
