Old School Dance Fitness is dedicated to welcoming all levels of fitness and experience to come move, groove, enjoy great music and develop friendships and freedom through the practice of physical and spiritual grace and ease. You are loved. Your body is beautiful. Come move it!

The class starts with setting intentions, then we dance, sing, yell and “sparkle”. There’s always a toning component added that utilizes fitness equipment (weights, balls, ballet bar, etc) to give you a COMPLETE fitness experience (Cardio, HITT, Toning and Stretching). The class ends with a relaxing yoga stretch and lot’s of friendship and laughter.

Much of the choreography is Teresa’s original style emphasizing repetition, form, toning and fun with both current and classic moves and music. From that style, Teresa has created “Old School: Easy Moves to Classic Grooves”, a Dance Fitness format that’s created to be accessible to EVERYONE (no matter what age, fitness or dance level).

Every class offers something different, as Teresa is also licensed/certified in Zumba, MixxedFit, RIPPED, Yoga Fit, PIYO, Super Street, 24 Toning, and Indoor Cycling. Teresa has been a fitness instructor for nearly 20 years, a dancer for 40+ years, and an Integrative Health Coach and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice for nearly 20 years. She has a passion for integrating mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health and wellbeing in all that she offers as a fitness, health and mental health professional.
