A dynamic class utilizing Yoga and Pilates techniques to bring together an full body range and motion workout. Each class is designed by the Certified Instructor and individualized guidance will be given for those that may have limitations.

This class meets:

  • Monday, 10:20 am with Ralph
  • Monday, 6:00 pm with Jim
  • Wednesday, 10:20 am with Ralph
  • Friday, 10:20 am with Ralph
