Senior Sneakers

This level is for very active older adults who regularly exercise three or more days per week.

45 to 55 minute class designed to increase the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength, power and cardiovascular endurance.

This class meets:

  • Monday, 11:30 am with DJ
  • Wednesday, 11:20 am with Jessie
  • Friday, 11:30 am with Suzy
