This level is for very active older adults who regularly exercise three or more days per week.

Monday, Active Aging Adult Pilates

Wednesday and Friday classes designed to increase the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength, power and cardiovascular endurance.

This class meets:

  • Wednesday, 11:30 am with DJ
  • Friday, 11:30 am with Suzy
