This level is for very active older adults who regularly exercise three or more days per week.
Monday, Active Aging Adult Pilates utilizing Yoga and Pilates techniques to bring together an full body range and motion workout. Each class is designed by the Certified Instructor and individualized guidance will be given for those that may have limitations.
Wednesday and Friday, Senior Sneakers classes designed to increase the participant’s flexibility, joint stability, dynamic balance, coordination, agility, reaction-time, muscular strength, power and cardiovascular endurance.
