After the initial consultation and fitness assessment, Gateway Fitness’s personal trainers, as part of their paid for services, will develop a nutritional plan that easily fits into your lifestyle. No more fad diets, starvation, ups & downs of weight and energy-simple, easy to follow plans targeted to deliver the results you have so diligently pursued. Based on your P.A.R.-Q(Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) results, your BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate), BMI(Body Mass Index), Activity Level, Age, Gender, Lifestyle and Goal will all be factored into establishing just how many calories to consume each day, what percentages of Carbohydrates, Protein and Fats to consume, and how many meals/snacks per day.
