Full body workout involving a wide variety of stations with weights, aerobic drills, core strength and balance. Excellent cross-training bootcamp a for all fitness level!
Thursday 8:00 am Pump Camp with Kim.
Pump Camp is designed by our very own Kim Axtman to give you a strength and cardio work out. You may find a total body work out or the class may dial in on a selected area of emphasis such as upper l or lower legs. This camp will challenge you!!
Friday 6:00 am Super Camp With Kim.
Super Camp is led by Kim Axtman and will challenge you in many ways. She structures each Camp around a verity of emphasis. You will utilize TRX, KB bags, Steps, weights and many other pieces of work out equipment as Kim seeks to enhance your work out.
Fiday 8:00 am Boxing Camp With Kim.
You will utilize KB bags, weights and many other pieces of work out equipment as Kim seeks to enhance your work out.
