55 minute workout that increases strength, flexibility and balance through classic yoga poses focusing on alignment, posture, and breathing. This is a great workout for all fitness levels.

This class meets:

  • Tuesday, 8:00 am with Anna
  • Wednesday, 6:00 pm with Kari
  • Thursday, 8:00 am with Anna
  • Saturday, 9:45 am with Sharon
